The Ambitions And Arguments on The Fishing Island (Is Voting Possible?)

Judy Underwood, chasing Rainbow

Thursday Flash Fiction Week 28: Innocence and Dreams

A small island in the East China Sea Ocean,
A space above the water, solid and vital,
One considers it as one's own
because it will be a life boat
in case troubles stir up or something goes wrong.
None wants to give up this island of fishing,
None agrees to the other party's claims,
Tensions smolder and transform into a fire,
One side officially makes a move for ownership,
The other side sends forces in to interrupt the settlement.
Both are correct and both are wrong,
Focus on what benefits both sides more,
It costs to come to a satisfying conclusion,
when none of them agrees to calm down
and negotiate the potentially agreeable decision. images

This past Thanksgiving holiday, the family had a trip to The Disney World at Florida, and they had fun watching sunset, getting on the game of mystery and post for photos when needed ...Jared refuses to save money while the family budget is still tight. He is willing to spend time with the girls so that they never feel sad not seeing what they wish to see in their childhood.

Wystan Hugh Auden (In Memory of W. B. Yeats): A Feature image

In the nightmare of the dark,
All pets of European park,
The curious nations wait
under each sequested heat.
Intellectual minds from every place
stare from many a human face,
And the seas of pity die
hard and buried in each eye.
Follow the road, poets, make it right,
to the bottom of the night,
with your unconstrained voice
still persuade us to rejoice.
With the formation of a verse
make a vineyard of the curse,
Sing of human unsuccess
in a rapture of distress.
In the desert of the heart,
Let the healing function start,
In the prison of harmful days,
teach the troubled soul how to praise.
